* "User" refers to any individual or business using our services. * "Services" refers to the review management services, QR code solutions, and marketing tools provided by FiveRev.

* Users must provide accurate and lawful business information when signing up.

* Services are intended for businesses looking to enhance their online reputation and should not be used for fraudulent purposes.

* Sweet Stuff Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any user engaging in misuse.

3. Subscription & Payments

* Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as per the selected plan.

* A free SEO Business Report will be provided only after the first payment has been successfully processed.

* Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

* No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

4. Limited-Time Offer

* Users who sign up for the Starter Plan during the promotional period will receive Professional Plan benefits at no additional cost, provided they maintain an active subscription.

* Sweet Stuff Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

* Sweet Stuff Ltd makes no guarantees on increased business revenue, rankings, or customer retention through its services.

* We are not liable for any loss of reputation, revenue, or business as a result of the services provided.

* Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with Google’s review policies and guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

* All content, software, QR codes, and branding used in our services remain the property of Sweet Stuff Ltd.

* Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

7. Termination of Services

* Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.

* Upon termination, access to FiveRev services and any ongoing benefits will be revoked.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

* User information is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

* We do not share, sell, or distribute user data to third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law

* These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom.

* Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments

* Sweet Stuff Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
